Crystal Peak Lodge Policies

Resort Fee - Please note that, effective June 2, 2008, Vail Resorts Hospitality will begin packaging all resort service items under one daily Resort Fee, which will include parking, Internet access, and other services and amenities.At Crystal Peak Lodge, the resort fee will be $15 daily per room.

Check-in / Check-out - Crystal Peak Lodge is located at 1599 E Ski Hill Rd. Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.

Children - Children's Ski and Ride School reservations may be booked with your reservation. Daycare and babysitting are available through the concierge.

Forms of Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diner's Club, money orders, personal checks, and cash for deposit and account settlement upon check-out. During your stay, purchases at shops and restaurants in the Great Divide Lodge or The Village at Breckenridge may be charged to your room.

Guest Activities - Sleigh rides, snowmobiling, airport transportation, horseback rides, golf, and babysitting are among the activities for which advance reservations are suggested, and in many instances, required; policies do vary. You can book your selected activities in advance by calling (970) 547-5650 or 800-847-5445 for concierge service.

Insurance Program - Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances do arise that can cancel or interrupt your travel plans. Because of this, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; it will help take the worry out of your vacation plans. Trip cancellation and interruption insurance pays for loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as death, injury or illness of you, a family member, or traveling companion. Parking - Enjoy complimentary underground parking in our heated garage. Access available with room key.

Pets - Sorry, pets are not permitted.

Special Requests - All preferences for location and specific units will be noted. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee such preference requests. Rollaway beds may be requested at check in or booked with your reservation for an additional fee.

Substitution of Comparable Accommodations - In the event of unforeseen maintenance requirements, or over sale of a specific unit type, Crystal Peak Lodge reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations for the dates of the guest's occupancy, provided the guest is not charged a higher rental rate than the accommodation type originally requested.
