DoubleTree by Hilton Breckenridge Policies & Conditions

Resort Fee - The taxable resort fee will be $20 daily per room.

Check-in / Check-out - The DoubleTree by HiltonTM Breckenridge is located at 550 Village Road. Check-in is after 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is 12:00 P.M., with luggage storage available.

Children - Crib rental and Children's Ski and Ride School reservations are available by advance request. Daycare and babysitting are available through the concierge.

Forms of Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diner's Club, money orders, personal checks, and cash for deposit and account settlement upon check-out.

Guest Activities - Sleigh rides, snowmobiling, airport transportation, horseback rides, golf, and babysitting are among the activities for which advance reservations are suggested, and in many instances, required; policies do vary. You can book your selected activities in advance by calling the concierge at (970) 547-5555. Other activities within the resort include shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Insurance Program - Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances do arise that can cancel or interrupt your travel plans. Because of this, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; it will help take the worry out of your vacation plans. Trip cancellation and interruption insurance pays for loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as death, injury or illness of you, a family member, or traveling companion. Pets - Dogs are allowed with advance notification, a $75 fee per stay and a $150 refundable damage deposit. Dog-friendly rooms are limited.

Special Requests - Rollaway beds may be requested at check in for an additional fee.

Substitution of Comparable Accommodations - In the event of unforeseen maintenance requirements, or over sale of a specific unit type, Breckenridge Hospitality reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations for the dates of the guest's occupancy, provided the guest is not charged a higher rental rate than the accommodation type originally requested.
